If our paths have crossed it is because we are both looking for something, and so on this blank page, we will try to tell you about us, why we are here and what we are looking for.

We have not yet created a brand that encompasses all our brands, so we will speak of ‘Group’ referring to our three companies, all based on Lake Como:

• SPUMA, an events company founded three years ago with a special focus on banqueting and catering. We operate in the wedding sector (in November we were in Paris as the Beverage Partner of the wedding defined by the international media as “The wedding of the Century” with 60 of our collaborators), as well as in sport, design and fashion.

   

• UNA FINESTRA SUL LAGO, is the Group’s fine dining restaurant located in Carate Urio. An American customer defined us with 3 keywords ‘Authentic, Urban, Magic’. At Finestra sul Lago you have a 360° experience from the kitchen to the wine cellar, from the view to the music; and people for us are the key to a unique customer experience.

   

• ONDA, the newcomer to the shores of Cernobbio: Italian, pop, and sparkling. We can define it as a modern Italian trattoria, the cuisine is tasty and simple, and to give a twist to the Como scene we often organize evenings such as piano bar, or the ‘Onda Thursday’ with DJs from all over Italy.

The group, which operates in the hospitality industry, is growing rapidly and consists of more than 50 employees, most of them under 30 with an incredible drive. 

We are positive, ambitious, organized, motivated, united and very professional.
We are a bit like a big family. We are not ordinary, trivial, superficial, pessimistic, predictable.

For the 2024 season we are looking for various professionals who know how to do their job.

We are not going to write the usual list of what you must be able to do, because we take it for granted and read it on your CV, except for the figure of Pizzaiolo where we specifically ask that you be:

• experienced, with at least 5 years’ experience
• proficient in working with high hydration doughs
• autonomous in managing daily tasks
• there will be opportunities for growth, variability of working hours, contract with fixed-term employment, with the possibility of permanent employment

We are interested in you sharing the same Group values listed above. In addition, we are looking for those who:

• can work well in a team
• have a desire to grow professionally
• have multitasking and organisational skills
• can keep to a schedule and are available for shift changes and holidays
• can maintain personal order and cleanliness as well as in the performance of their duties
• can pay attention to detail and order
• can take care of the customer by putting their personal touch and energy into ensuring the best guest experience
