On the occasion of the opening of the 2023/24 Night Season at the Teatro Sociale in Como, Spuma had the
honour of curating the reception following the performance of  ‘Die Zauberflöte’ by W.A. Mozart. 

Inspired by the imagery of ‘The Arabian Nights’ and the cosmic theme of GLEAM-X, we created a menu that reflected the enigma and the magic of the opera. 

Each flavour was an ode to art and tradition, in perfect harmony with the atmosphere of the evening. An unforgettable experience that combined music, taste and passion.
