We had the pleasure of being the F&B Partner for a couple’s pre-wedding celebration, hosted at Una Finestra Sul Lago, chosen as the setting to welcome their guests ahead of the big day.

If we were to capture the essence of the evening in just one word, it would undoubtedly be: sophisticated.

An elegant and evocative floral wall welcomed guests, creating a delicate separation from the lake view, almost as if framing the landscape itself.

The evening began with a refined circulating aperitivo, where finger food was elevated into a curated gastronomic experience. Finest ingredients enhanced the palate through unexpected pairings: crispy red shrimp with oyster mayonnaise and sea plankton, Fassona beef sandwiches with truffle mayonnaise, crunchy spheres with potato mousse, Iberian paleta, and black truffle.

The space came alive through a series of experiential stations: a fresh bar dedicated to raw seafood and a live pasta corner, where freshly prepared traditional cappelletti delighted guests, turning them into part of the experience.

The welcome dinner continued with a seated dinner that celebrated Italian culinary tradition through a contemporary lens. The mise en place, meticulously curated, featured soft pastel tones, enriched by lush and scenic floral arrangements.

An authentic Dolce Vita–inspired experience, where aesthetics, flavors, and atmosphere intertwined to create a refined and immersive evening.
