We were the Food & Beverage Partner for the gala dinner organized by FuoriConcorso Monza together with Larusmiani, on the occasion of the Italian Grand Prix.

The evening took place at the Bagatti Valsecchi Museum, in the heart of Milan, which during FuoriConcorso Monza hosted three legendary Formula 1 single-seaters: the Audi R26, the Ferrari 126 C and the Mercedes W06 Hybrid F1. Three cars, three eras, united by the same ability to turn innovation and technology into motorsport history.

In one of the museum’s fairytale-like rooms, we welcomed guests with a passing welcome drink served on silver trays, echoing the historic and refined atmosphere of the location.

From 8:30 pm, the evening continued with a menu built around simple, recognizable flavours. To start, a lasagnetta with confit tomatoes, wild rocket and stracciatella. This was followed by pancetta-wrapped chicken thigh roulade with herbs and honey, served with potato rösti. To finish, a traditional dessert: pear and chocolate cake.

A proposal designed to complement the evening naturally, balancing attentive service and cuisine while reflecting both the sophisticated style of the museum and the distinctive character of the event.

An evening where the world of motorsport met conviviality, bringing together legendary cars, history and dining in the heart of Milan. The Italian Grand Prix may have come to an end on the track, but at the Bagatti Valsecchi Museum, it left us with a lasting memory.
