We brought our Food & Beverage service to the heart of our hometown, Como, for an event celebrating the fashion brand Forte Forte, hosted by Tessabit, one of the city’s most renowned boutiques.
For the 80 guests, we curated an aperitivo featuring a selection of savoury passed finger food, including a “Madama Bianca” Piedmontese beef sandwich with rosemary crisp and caper mayonnaise, a crispy tartlet with king crab and citrus gelée and a potato cone with tuna, sour cream and chives.
The selection continued with a half-sphere of asparagus and Parmigiano Reggiano in two textures, a lemon and basil-filled bonbon and a tartlet inspired by Tuscan panzanella, with panzanella cream and a tomato water sphere.
To accompany the food, we served a selection of beverages including lime and thyme and ginger and mint infused waters, soft drinks and a choice of wines.
An evening centred around fashion, connections and people, complemented by a gastronomic offering designed for the occasion, bringing together creativity, balance and attention to detail.
