Spuma literally took to the sky, as being selected as the catering service for an exclusive event at Lugano Airport, for the launch of the new private Jet Pilatus PC-24. The atmosphere was made even more captivating by the carefully curated setup of a section of the airport, transformed into an elegant space for the evening.

Guests were welcomed with a wide selection of finger foods and a lavish buffet. Two chosen first courses completed the culinary offering, along with traditional Swiss raclette, a symbol of the local culinary culture.
